Stores are allowed to be open in phase 2. My brother in law works as a district manager for a retail store and they had people calling the cops on them because they were open. The cops have to come because there is a call even though they aren't doing anything wrong and then he has to report it to his Loss & Prevention team, he said it's so annoying.
Who the eff is Narcing on retail stores being open??
When they are ALLOWED to be open?
OMG I fuk'n hate people. I really do.

Open Stores
I have a friend who works in Marshalls in West Babylon. She said that they are allowed to open but their store is not opening until 6/22 bc the store needs a major cleaning from being close up for 3 months plus they have to mark down a ton of stuff and put out new things. They didn't feel ready to open on 6/15.

Open Stores
I went to Macys today and it was great! Pretty empty and sales galore! My kid needs Summer clothes so I got a ton there!

I am confused as well.
Our local Kirklands fully opened this weekend (with capacity guidelines) and today Marshalls, Homegood and TJ Maxx are open. Oh and Christmas Tree Stores open today.
I really would like Bath and Body to open for curbside - I like their soaps and don't want to pay shipping when I've heard it's taking weeks (we have a couple in our area that are in outdoor mall settings so they could do curbside).
Just want to say, I ordered hand sanitizers from BBW and it came in 2 days. I ordered some other items about 6 weeks ago and that order came in 3 days.

Yes you have to enter from the outside, mall is closed

I need a microwave! Ours broke in March & DH doesn't want to order online. PC richard is open normally ( I don't think they ever get too much of a crowd), but we are slower to move on to new phases. 
I just want to look at microwaves though. I don't want some salesperson trying to tell me which one I need to get & why. I also want to be able to just walk out if I am getting annoyed ( happens all the time in appliance and furniture stores.)
