At my class yesturday they said associate it with 1 thing you do everyday. Like, "when you go to the frigerator...do your kegels."
I'd be doing my kegals at least 20xs a day if I did that!

Helps with the recovery after a v-birth - the stronger the who-ha, the quicker the recovery.
I swear it helped me LOTS!!
Even my OB joked that I must have done my kegels because I "bounced back" so quickly down there.
Weirdest compliment I've ever gotten.

I do them about once a week. I have to be more diligent about them.
I like Superkat's idea for a "remember to do your kegel's" thread.
Maybe we could do a Kegel's workout log

I think they are soposed to help with recovery and strenght to give birth. I think you are soposed to work up to 300 a day. I think they will help with those little accidents when you sneeze.

I'm actually finding them harder to do these days... I thought it was odd... but it's like I can't breath and squeeze at the same time and my belly moves now when I do them, which I think means I'm doing them wrong. My whole abdnomen feels very weak since my belly got big. They are in my yoga DVD, but I always feel like I'm doing them wrong.
