First attempt at Christmas card
I am learning photoshop (slowly) and have become a little obsessed. Here is my first attempt at a Christmas card. Of course, the picture will be a different shot... I was just playing around. Any suggestions appreciated... thanks!

Re: First attempt at Christmas card
I like it so far, but I think maybe "Believe" needs to be a different color as it is getting lost when it is on the red side of the card.

I agree. Maybe put an dark outline around it (stroke).

Re: First attempt at Christmas card
So I made my first major photoshop mistake and had to start over! Ah.... good practice. It took me a lot less time, this time. How do you like this version? Is the off-white better? I will have to play and try a black stroke, too. Thanks for the input.
oh.... and I cannot believe I typed 2007.... I even named it "Christmas 07"!!! Thanks for picking that up!

Re: First attempt at Christmas card
Is it blurry on your screen? I'm not sure if it's because you uploaded it here at a lower resolution...

Re: First attempt at Christmas card
I think it looks great how it is, however, I would like to see one w/ the word "Believe" in a gold color.

It does not look blurry in photoshop. I was thinking of just having one printed and see how it turns out before doing a whole bunch. Hopefully it will be okay.

Re: First attempt at Christmas card
I think the part with the green font with the green background is too blendy. I would also maybe put a border around the picture
