Iui and male factor
Hi all. New to LI families My story is I've been TTC for 2 years Went to RE and my husband has very low sperm count
I've done one unmediated iui And this cycle I've incorporated 50 mg clomid and trigger shot I had 3 to possibly 4 follicles and motility looks good but sperm count after wash was 3 mill
So first was curious if there are any success stories w MF and iui And also how did you feel on clomid and trigger with so many follicles.
I feel so bloated and crazy Is this normal and when will side effects subside

I did 1 IUI not medicated and 2x Medicated. I was crazy on Clomid and sooo emotional literally cried all the time LOL All IUI's didn't work and since we are Out of pocket my husband and I decided to move on to IVF just starting a few days ago. Good luck!

Re: Iui and male factor
I was always crazy bloated after trigger.. Anything can happen. I have had cycles when my DH's count was considered good and I still did not get pregnant. I do know my sister worked with someone whose DH's had a low count, I think it was 2 million, and she ended up pregnant with twins.. so you never know. Good luck!

Re: Iui and male factor
We are dealing with MF IF, I have gotten two successful pregnancies, one natural, one IUI, and am now pregnant with my third baby product of an IUI.
First IUI pregnancy was a failed IVF cycle. I was on max dose of all these drugs and only produced 3 follies (i have a very low AMH), converted to IUI and got pregnant. This cycle I just took clomid, produced 3 follies and am 5 weeks pregnant hoping it sticks.
I feel very bloated when I am on IF meds. I hate it, but it goes away for me after ovulation.

Iui and male factor
Thank you for all feed back!! I'm trying to figure out what's in my head and what is due to meds I didn't have a 6 pack before all this haha. Should have ovulated but still feel puffy I thought 2ww was rough before but this seems torturous and it's only been 3 days!
