All-Season Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Chili sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs prepared Horseradish
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Red-Wine vinegar
- 4 Chicken breasts (with or without bone)
Instructions
1. Mix chili sauce, vinegar, horseradish, garlic and salt in a bowl. Reserve 1/2 the marinade. Add chicken to bowl and turn chicken to coat thoroughly. Cover, marinate in refrigerator for about 5 minutes. 2. Preheat grill or broiler. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade in bowl. Place chicken on grill or on broiler pan. 3. Grill or broil chicken, turning and basting frequently with marinade saved. Continue this until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife (about 30 minutes)
Serve With
Rice, Pasta or Potatoes. You can even throw some corn on the cob on the grill!
