Matzoh Balls
Ingredients
- 1C Matzoh Meal
- 2 Tsp salt
- 4 Eggs
- 4T of Oil
- 4T seltzer
Instructions
Mix oil with 4 eggs.
Add matzoh meal and salt and blend.
Mix in seltzer. Cover Bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Boil water.
Make 8 balls. Drop balls (wet hands first, so that it won't be sticky) into boiling water. Boil gently about 40 minutes. Add to your Soup.
Makes 8 2" inch balls.
