Lions and tigers and bears, oh my….but what about vampires and other creatures that go bump in the night….and here on Long Island no less.
Well, if you think that’s a sight for sore eyes, how about these creatures of the night taking up residence beside you on your beachfront property.
Strange, but true, at least if the proprietors of the ever-popular Jekyll and Hyde's Club theme restaurant get their way. In fact, they are hoping to open up their latest adventure hot spot along the sound in Bayville
And if this sounds good to you, you can first look forward to a park coming this fall, featuring the Shipwreck Tavern, a themed restaurant with an open-air rooftop lounge and a Tiki bar, three oversized saltwater fish tanks and a wrecked hull, giving the semblance of literal deep sea dining.
The project has been in the works for two years, and according to the ambitious owner of Jekyll and Hyde’s in the city, it about time, especially since he feels that this type of “eerie” entertainment is just in time and ideal for Long Island families and who have few options when it comes for creative fun for the entire family.
