need a good vacation spot
we are trying to go away for june or sept because that is when dh has his vacation....
but we have no clue where we want to go ..
we want a place with night life,shopping and fun..
any suggestions???

Do you want to stay in the US or go outside of it?
Cabo San Lucas is awesome, it was everything you want, shopping, nightlife, good food, good hotels
the flight is about 6 hours from Newark

If your looking for a tropical atmosphere with plenty to do, I highly recommend Puerto Rico. All of the major airlines fly there, so its fairly cheap airfare. Since its a commonwealth of the US, you dont need a passport and the almost everyone speaks english and spanish. Nightlife is plentiful with casinos and clubs. Old San Juan is filled with fascinating history and monuments. There's also plenty of shopping from bargain peddlers to high end stores in old san juan. To top things off, visiting the bacardi factory is a nice trip!! FM me if you need more info.

I love cabo and we are flying in this direct flight from newark next time! the switching planes part made it take way to long!

Hey Beth,
Yes the direct flight is so much better, when we flew there we did not have direct and it took so much longer!!
Cabo is awesome, we def want to go back!
