MBT Shoes
I am looking to buy a pair of these MBT Shoes and I was wondering if anyone has a pair or knows someone who has a pair...they are not the most beautiful, but they are SUPER comfy and good for you. They are expensive, but I think they might be worth it...

Re: MBT Shoes
Arent these the shoes I heard all the girls on Grey's anatomy wear...they say since they are on their feet acting all day, it helps them tone their calves.

Re: MBT Shoes
I have a pair. My only complaint is that they rub on my heals and caused bad blisters. If I could get them worn in a little, I would wear them more. (It happens when I go for a brisk walk. If I wear them all day, as I'm moving around, it's fine.)

Re: MBT Shoes
I have them, yes they are ugly as sin. But I definitely notice a difference in my legs since wearing them. You also feel it in your abs, kind of similar to pilates. The shoe wakes you engage your core muscles to hold you upright.
I usually only wear them to the gym and when I walk the dog.
