Need a good menu for a dinner party...
For 12 people. I am not sure what to make that will go along way since there will be 12 of us. I thought Italian, but I feel like I am always making Italian food for these people..any ideas?

I once did a mexican themed party for about 15 people
I made:
chicken enchilladas
Mexican cornbread "meatzza"

How about a roasted pork shoulder they are delicious and they have a lot of meat. Or you could do a regular pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli and cheese sauce. Most prep can be done in advance leaving you time with your guests.

I do not mind cooking meat, but I do not eat it so I am afraid I will not cook it right.Do you think fish would work well? I can make a stuffed fish ?

Thanks girls for all the great suggestions. I am now thinking maybe I will do a lot more real yummy appitizers and a lighter meal.
