The Job Search
I'm so upset because I still have not gotten one call to be interviewed. I have my resume on OLAS and I'm beginning to feel like maybe that doesn't work. I have my resume out other places too but has anyone really gotten an interview by applying via OLAS?? I'm so frustrated and discouraged. I don't know what else to do.

I have had NOTHING from OLAS. I have started sending my resume in the mail now also, even to those on OLAS only the ones with no listings though because I thought...hmmm maybe they are registered with OLAS but just not using it. I have gotten 3 phone calls from mailed resumes now
