who runs?
let's say you're not used to running, or real cardio...let's say it's been a bit o' time since last you got your heart up with exercise...how'd you get back into it?

LOL... I used to be in great shape, running about 50 miles a week. Now when I try to get back into it I always overdo it on the first day.. so my advice is start out EASY!~
