My Jetblue experience
i just got home from vacation in florida. we flew jet blue. they were every helpful at the airport(i took off from jfk). when we checked in, our bag weighted 53 lbs. i didn't know the limit for a bag was 50 lbs. they said don't worry about just to be careful the next time. when we left west palm, they were just as helpful. the agent and dh was joking that most of the stuff was mine. they even said 1/2 of the stuff i didn't need. i would surely fly them again

They are awesome. I've done that many times, been over the weight limit and they were awesome about it. I'll b flying them Thursday

They are the only airline I will fly! I love them. We flew SONG as well, but, they are no longer around, so , back to JetBlue.

I never have a good experince with them - esp at West Palm Beach Aiport
the past 3 times I flew back- the flight was delayed and I was not told till after I got my boarding pass
this last time- I was only told b/c I over hear them telling someone else

Interesting. Everytime I have flown JetBlue there has been so much turbulence. Customer Service is great but the flight itself has never been comfortable - I've been scared for my life everytime!
