I have to go to physical therapy

When I was preggo with my first I was forced to deliver a 10lb 5oz 23 inch kid, naturally, and ended up spraining, dislocating and injuring my back in multiple spots.. (I hated my old OBGYN)...

Now that I have relocated, I have been trying to find a Dr. to help me that understands me and my fears of doing permanent damage..

Last night I ended up in the ER and the DR told me it had to do with my SI joints--(again)-- And medically there is nothing they can do for me.. SOOOoooo Now I get to go to Physical therapy again..

I am soo worried of doing some permanent damage...I wanna be able to chase after my kids and pick them up when they have boo-boos.. And my poor husband doesn't understand anything that i am going through right now...

I am sorry you are uncomfortable. That stinks
