What can I do with these two that would taste good?

You can also layer the portabella mushrooms on top of the cutlet. They have a similar item on the menu at Corbin Reynolds that is out of this world. They then told the portabello mushroom with Melted Mozzeralla cheese. Not sure of the exact recipe at all but I think you could improvise with this one.
I did make that other recipe though - and it was great!
