Guacamole Question
So tonight I made fresh guac for the first time - I used a food processor for the avocado because I couldn't figure out how to smash it (I obviously don't own one of those nice stone bowls).
If you make your own, how do you smash up the avocado? TIA!

I always just use a fork and knife, but we like it pretty chunky.

I mash up half of it with a fork and toss the other half (diced) into the mix. I like it a little chunky.
