Does anyone know how many calories you tend to burn in a 45 minute spin class?

Hey Kris
I am not sure abt how many calories but it is a great cardio as well as muscle building workout for legs!
I used to do it quite a bit and loved it!
I think you might be able to find on line how many calories are burned
good luck!

I guess around 350-400...depending on how hard you work. I went this AM and I do upper body strength for 20 minutes prior to get my heart rate going first...that helps you burn more calories.

Thank you!
I used to go three times a week and I loved it. Just recently started up again, and was curious how many you could burn. I also do 30 minutes before just to warm up.

I use a heart rate monitor and ensure my heart rate is up in spinning class and I usually burn 500+ calories.
