I have a rice cooker but kind of bored with plain white rice

I make a mock curry rice....I add butter and some curry powder to the white rice

and I always love rice and peas. Add some butter and frozen peas to cooked rice...the heat of the rice will defrost the peas

Rice & beans - sautee some vidalia onion & add a can of pinto beans ( I season with salt, pepper & garlic powder too)



Rice cooked in chicken stock , seasoned with butter, rosemary & thyme, salt, pepper & garlic powder.

Dice and add cooked zuchhini, tomatoes and corn with salt and pepper,.
