my work prob is solved! yay!
about 2 months ago, my boss gave me a completely bogus written report which i was not deserving of. i won't go into detail, but it made me out to be a horrible employee when in fact she told me - WHEN SHE HANDED ME THE REPORT - that she's pleased with my work. The contents of it have been bothering me since I first received it.
Anyway, about two weeks ago, i confided in my work friend about it, who encouraged me to speak with the VP of HR. So I did so yesterday and it went really well. I went over every point in the report and then presented her with a huge stack of emails, all of which were from my boss, complimenting me on my job performance, to back me up. Then the HR person spoke to my boss.
And guess what? The report is being removed from my file!!! I'm SO happy!!!!

Good for you! Situations like these are what HR departments are for, among many other things. Glad it worked out.

I think I remember what the report was about when you posted it. Good for you!!!!!  That was ridiculous, I'm glad it's being removed from your file!!!
