Marinating London Broil
Do you deforst and than marinate or let the frozen london broil defrost in the marinate?

I like to freeze my steaks in marinade, so when I take them out of the freezer in the morning, they are marinating while they defrost.

if you don't mariate before you freeze then defrost first. also tenderise the meat and it will take the marinade better.
