Does alcohol mess with your water retention?
I didn't eat too badly at the Halloween party I went to this past Sat, but I did drink a lot. Mainly diet coke and captain morgan drinks, and captain shots. I got very drunk and dehydrated. Today (Mon) I weighed myself and gained 1.5 lbs from Sat morning! Do you think it is just water weight? I mean I had a little food at the party but it was from my flex points... I'm hoping it comes off today.

YES!!! Alcohol makes you retain water and bloat. Ever go out drinking and then try to take your wedding rings off when you get home? Theyre impossible to get off bc your fingers are like sausages.
Its all the sugar in what you drank.
