this trade is not the greatest.. omar wanted a good defensive catcher and did not have that with loduca...
i really thought we could have gotten alot more for milledge..

2 seasons ago he would have commanded more but since coming up to the majors and showing every team in baseball that he didn't live up to the hype hurt his value. Also the fact that he's a punk azz b!tch that doesn't know his place as a rookie didn't help either. Good riddance. But if I know my Mets he'll be back at some point in his career. He'll thrive in a lesser market and we'll bet the farm to get him back and he'll suck in a Mets uniform.
Does the name Jeromy Burnitz ring a bell with anyone?
totally - the met uniform seems to curse alot of players

If Joe Smith can be the pitcher he was the first half,Schoeneweis needs to improve greatly, Heilman is what he is and Wagner had 34 of 39 saves so maybe just maybe if they improve...
