gained back 5 pounds
of the 11 i lost before the holidays.. why is it soooo hard to keep weight off???? i really didn't eat badly this holiday season!

That's really frustrating - I've had that happen before too. I can understand if I gained back some weight if I'd been drinking and eating bad stuff every day, but it seems to happen even when I'm watching what I eat. Now that you're back to regular/non-holiday life, I'm sure the 5 lbs will come off quickly.
