Need interiewing tips
I am going to a job fair tomorrow to find my replacement, and I would need to conduct a general first interview.
I have never done this before, I'm a little nervous 
Any tips- good questions to ask to get a good impression of a person's work ethic, etc?

what have you been doing?
what do you like/dislike about your current/past position
strong skills (software, organizing, quick thinking, strategizing?)
