Started the Master Cleanse this morning....
I wanted to keep a daily log to keep my will power up and let you girls know how it goes. I plan on doing it for 7- 10 days. I want to detox my body, I have read some great things about this. Here's a Website if you are interested in reading about it.

just started this myself im actually on day two. so far so good. i was suppost to start monday but i didnt mix it correctly. i got it better on tues and finally think i perfected it today.
so far not hungry.

Where were you able to find the Grade B Maple Syrup? My grocery store only has Grade A.

nope started with grade a well see how it works out. i am thinking maybe a place like trader joes has it. im going tonight to see ill let you know.
