death of ex spouse

I am new to this but need help--my ex husband died suddenly at 54 almost one year ago leaving our son and I pretty much on our own, though friends have been wonderful. I am so sad for my son and the generalized anxiety that I experience has been ongoing and I think I need to go to a bereavement group. He and I had a good relationship for the sake of our son and his death has hit hard-I still get weepy. Anyone know what type of group would be appropriate for an ex spouse? Thanks

Im not sure if they handle brereavement issues..but Im they do..have you thought about Parents Without Partners? Im sure there's a local chapter in your area.
