BAsically its that hte nutrients stay more intake and basically as humans we should be eating nutrients not "food" .
Foods are chemically altered for taste, but we are not designed to be eatting food..we are meant to get the proper nutrients to keep our bodies alive.,

I started buying a lot more organic since DS started eating table food. DH thinks I am crazy...he says he likes knowing there are chemicals in his meat to kill the diseases they pass  I just would prefer to feed DS foods that dont have pesticides sprayed on them, arent injected with antibiotics, hormones and other yucky things. I dont feed him all organic...right now mostly fruits and veggies. When he starts drinking milk I will probably start buying organic milk and meat when he starts eating that.
