need menu suggestions
tomorrow my best friend is coming over with her teenaged sons. Her oldest son thinks of me as an aunt & he wants DH & I to meet his girlfriend . So there will be a total of 5 teenagers, 3 real adults & 2 college aged people.
We will be eating around 2:00, I'm planning on making a cold cut platter with a variety of wraps, bagels & rolls. I'm also making tuna & egg salad & I'll probably make pasta salad.
What else can I make to turn this more into a cold weather meal without actually changing the whole menu?
I'm drawing a blank on easy to make hot side dishes.
Any ideas would be great!

I was thinking of soup, but couldn't think of any homemade that are easy to make.
I think I just remember my secret kid friendly recipe-homemade baked mac & cheese! I'll make that instead of pasta salad!
