I've taken all kinds, currently taking some I bought at CVS..
I know there are higher quality ones. If you take it, which ones are you taking?

that's what I am taking now. It's 500 million live cultures but I've seen ones that are in the billions. At least at the time of manufacture.

500 million seems low -- is that per tablet and if so how many pills are taken daily?

that's what I thought. I take it two times a day..one tablet each time ..maybe I should increase it?

The recommended dose (depending on the purpose) is between 1 billion and 10 billion per day, so you're reaching the minimum if you take 2 pills.

I've taken more potent pills, I just don't remember..
Maybe I should ddrop my the Vitamin Shoppe or someplace else.

I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and got this..so far so good.
14 billion!! I take it 3 times a day.
