Annoyed with myself
I let stress get the best of me for the last two weeks and didn't count points or really even get much exercise.
What do you do to get yourself back on track?

It will sound corny, but I keep a picture of myself at my heaviest on the refrigerator. Before I started WW 2 years ago, I was 300 lbs. I stuck to it for over a year and lost 56.6 lbs. on program.
Then, we moved to NC and I stopped counting points and basically WENT NUTS for the past 9 months. I gained back 22 of the original 56 lbs. that I had lost. I think something that really kept me focused and made me want to start fresh was to look at the old clothes that I USED to be able to wear, that I spent so much money on, that have been hanging in my closet for the past year.
That, and looking at the picture, serves as my motivation.
YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!
