Neuralgia, has anyone suffered from this?

And is there anything I can do for it? It comes and goes quickly, but it's so painful sometimes that I fall to the ground. I'm hoping that this sinus and ear infection goes away soon so I can go back to normal. But man, it really hurts.

I have chronic pansinusitis - neuralgia can be a sinus issue. My would be sharp zinging pains....it comes nad goes depending on the sinus situation
