Physically Exhausted!
Is anyone else tired all the time from picking up their kids (diaper changes, high chairs, etc.), and I am guessing all of the physical work that goes into having two? I get 8 hours of sleep at night, just started working out again, eat fairly well, I take vitamins, and for the life of me can't figure out why I am always exhausted.  Is it just me, or anyone else?

oh no you are NOT alone. I am tired from the minute I get home from work all the way till I go to bed. I too eat good, take my vitamins, started to slowly work out and I feel like I can never get enough rest. I cant complain...my boys sleep 11-12 hours a night. 
i dont know who exhauste me more, my students or my boys.
Now that it is nice outside, they are running all over the backyard and I am the first one who is wiped out

Always tired but I looked wired. It's just that if I sit down I'm afraid I won't be able to get up so I keep moving... classic type A
Oh, and for 36 years I was NEVER a coffee drinker... I worked overnights in college, took care of my Dad, flipped a few houses... nah, never needed it until DC's came along. DH says I should star in the next Folger's commercial... maybe they could show all of us

YES! You described me to a T! I can't sit down. Even if DH and I are sitting down watching TV at night to "relax" I am folding laundry or dusting. Ok, maybe that's why I'm always exhausted! And I agree, I'm totally addicted to coffee now!

Yup, I feel that way all the time.
But the second I hit the pillow, I still think about all that has to be done, so I know I am not getting a good 8 hours of sleep.

Me too...I feel like there is not enough hours in the day. I work full time and do what ever needs to be done around the house. Unfortunately my boys still dont sleep through the night. They are going to bed at 6:30 waking up at 3:30 and then they are up for the day about 7:30...

Oh you are so not alone. My girls are 2 years old and I think this so far has been the hardest age. They have temper tantrums, they get it but not quite. They both want to be held one is 30lbs and the other is 25lbs....OMG some days i just want to sit in the house because it's a struggle to take them anywhere..but i don't I still go to my Gymboree classes...it's a struggle though. Thank god for preschool..if i was rich they would be in school 5 days a week..They need it they have sooooo much energy and they are like sponges. I can't take the TV for long periods of time. I f i could i would take them to the park and other places IT is just soooo difficult by myself..the other day my DH is like what can i do to help you...I was like A NANNY.

I am the sammmmmmmmmmmmme way....
I most appear like I am on something to some...I talk a mile a minute...run run run...never sit---if I eat which is rare I am standing...
and I have to clean up after the older two---they are slobs...then there are the sleepovers--the manhunt parties and all that other crap..
Sometimes i dk when the last time I drank something besides coffee...
if Ii sit--my eyes start to close...no sitting ever for me....
and I am totally laughing at the type A comment...
I hear that alll the time...

I am always exhausted. I know what it is like to have one child and having twins after that is so much more tiring.

Yes, I am so tired. I just got blood work done because i thought something may be wrong. Fortunately, everything checked out okay.
I work in an elementary school going up and down 3 flights of stairs all day long from class to class and it is actually less exhausting.
i think we are always going to be tired
