It's official...
I have a guaranteed spot to run the NYC Marathon for the second time on November 2nd. I paid and I am in!
I ran in '06 for my dad now in '08 I run for me 
I just have to keep my mileage up around 13-14 miles every weekend and then start training in July with a team down here!

congratulations!! when I had more nerve/energy/youth I tried to get a spot years ago and never got in...now my desire was dwindled.

Good Luck! The closest marathons here are usually in Jacksonville, FL. I wanna go there to lay on the beach...not run!!!
