going to start south beach tomorrow- breakfast?
I bought the book today and read through the section on foods to eat and avoid for phase one. I am a little concerned as I can't stand eggs, I'm not sure realistically what else I could eat for breakfast. The rest seems rather easy but breakfast I'm at a loss?

I'm not a fan of eggs either and I also find breakfast the most challenging part of SB. Luckily for me, I don't mind hardboiled eggs, so I often have 2 of those for breakfast.
On days when I have a little more time, I make a fake Belgian waffle using part skim ricotta, 2 eggs, baking powder and sugar free maple syrup.
You can also try getting a low-carb chocolate whey protein powder and adding skim milk and natural peanut butter.

When I got sic of eggs, I would eat 4 slices of turkey bacon for breakfast - very filling!

For breakfast, I have a cup of cottage cheese mixed with 1/2 splenda & walnuts or sunflower seeds. For my veggie, I would have 12 cherry tomatoes. Other days, I would have a plain FF yogurt made with 1/2 splenda. There are sweeter veggies that I eat for breakfast easily. I like steamed zucchini as a breakfast veggie.
