So I am up against the wall here....
Can't take a damn online class because I need a field experience, NONE of the classes I could take are offered at Hofstra in the Summer and if I wanted to take it somewhere else there are such restrictions I wouldn't be able to SO NOW when I thought I would be done in the Summer I will be done in December W T F!

Can u do it over the summer? I am having a student teacher in the summer from Hofstra I think. She does work in our district and just getting her license in special ed, but maybe u can do it during the summer.

Maybe u can observe during a lunch and a prep in ur school next year. That really stinks!!!!!! Sorry I have no other suggestions. Could u ask ur advisor if u can do the field experience before class? Or do u have a friend in special ed that will sign off for u?

a field placement should be able to be worked out since you are teaching full time. You can come observe me for a few days if you need or come observe /work with me during summer school.
this is crazy!!!

Ha! When I saw youyr post on NFR, it just made me think of various Hofstrs School of Ed. headaches! How did I guess? I never thought I would get my masters with all of their double speak.

Just when I was singing their praises...NO MORE! Double speak thats exactly what they do...my head is going to explode
