Rewards!

So I made a deal with myself that if I ran 4 days a week for 4 weeks, I would treat myself to a massage. I am 3 weeks down, 1 week to go!! Not to mention, it can be therapeautic because my muscles could sure use it.

Anyone else reward themselves?

I reward myself with new clothes. I know this doesn't sound right, but it's starting to get annoying because every time I shop for pants, I get a month or so out of them then I need new ones. At first it felt good, but now it is getting costly
