I'm going to Aruba! What are must-see's, must-do's and good places to eat?

DH and I (no baby! ) are going to Aruba and are staying at the Westin at the end of June.

What are must-see's, must-do's and good places to eat?

Is there good snorkeling there?

Definitely eat at the Flying Fishbone at sunset!

I second the Flying Fishbone it was so nice and very romantic!
We did the party bus, which was a ton of fun too, but I think how fun taht is, would totally depend on how drunk you get!

Aqua Grill, El Gaucho, if you like sushi the Japanese restaurant in the Hyatt is good, I would also rent a quad to tour the island on , Aruba is so small you can get around no problem.....o and Charlie's Bar on the other side of Aruba is a tourist attraction pretty cool place, area may be a bit shady though, and must see BABY BEACH!!!! gorgeous ! have fun!

Even DH was over the food!

I second Madame Janette's.

The Sunset Grill at the Radison was my favorite (and you can walk there from the Westin).

The Italian restaurant at the Westin was good as well (we stayed there 2 nights with our Starpoints).

We didn't go to the Flying Fishbone (it was far) or El Gaucho (ran out of time - one night we had to eat at Champions at the Marriott since the Giants were playing).

El Gaucho-steakhouse was the best!!!

i liked de palm island-u take a small boat to a SMALL island and they have snorkeling, food, drinks, etc...all included

they also have a small water park-its really cute and me and DH were big babies playing on it

I am another Flying Fishbone person...
it is amazing (expensive cab ride, but worth every penny)

They are the restaurants I loved.

I didn't care for Gasparito (it seemed they put the same sauce on everything) and Rumba.

Snorkelling- Baby beach is great for snorkelling, but a lot of people are there. We also rented a car and drove up the coast to the opposite end and snorkelled where ever we felt like going. That was good, but it was somewhat rocky. We did see some nice fish. AFAIK, the other side you cannot snorkel b/c the water is too choppy. If I remember correctly, there are a lot of shipwrecks on that side. But on that other side is some good driving and desert and the natural bridge is there.

We also did some jetskiing, by our hotel. We stayed in the Radisson and loved it.
