How do you find out if you qualify for...
unemployment?
My dh got paperwork last week but it says how much he will get IF he qualifies?
He logged in on Sunday as he was told but we haven't heard anything since.

the unemployment agency has to get authorization from the past employer and that determines if he would qualify.
so if he was laid off, he would get it. if he was fired for disciplinary reasons, he would not.

it depends how fast they get a response back from the employer. when I got laid off 1.5 yrs ago, my previous employer responded immediately, so I was notified very quickly that I qualify.

it depends how fast they get a response back from the employer. when I got laid off 1.5 yrs ago, my previous employer responded immediately, so I was notified very quickly that I qualify.

if the employer contests it, he can still fight it and get it..
There is a waiting week anyway, so the soonest you would get it would be after that one week waiting period.
Also, even if he was fired for cause, some employers don't fight it.
