I have them and love them. I think they def. work! Also way more comfortable and supportive than regular flip flops.
There was a thread about this on fashion a few days ago you might want to read
Go for them- they are great

if you want fitter legs, buy sneakers and take them to the track/gym
if you want a more supportive and comfortable alternative to standard flip flops, get these. they seem to be good on shock absorbtion...the only reason I would even consider them...but I don't expect them to get my legs in better shape at all.
