Does anyone get nausea with AF?
I feel so sick right now - I've been nauseous all night. I don't usually get it with AF...maybe I'm getting a stomach bug....GROSS!

yes I always do, but its usually before...about a day , sometimes two before. It stinks because Im always hopeful its a PG sign and it never is. I have come to accept it as a PMS sign.
But if you had a light period, I would test anyway

Well I was a little queasy when I spotted, then yesterday I had a regular AF and was really queasy....but now my AF is spotting again. I noticed this last month too...that my AF was ligher than normal and only a day or 2.
what the heck is going on!!! When I was on the pill I was 4-5 days and heavy. This is my 3rd cycle off the pill.
I'm sure I'm not PG...

I would test to make sure. I have been nauseous with AF and a few people I knew have too. HTH Feel better.

I don't get nausea or anything, but my periods have been super light since going off the pill too. I also had 4-5 days on the pill, and now it's like 1 heavy day and then spotting for 2.

Thanks everyone!!
I really don't have cramps...actually my AF has only been 1 day spotting and 1 day light/medium and that's it.
I'm thinking maybe its the prenatals or extra B complex I'm taking....
