Re: silicone bakeware? Yay or Nay
I have a silicone cheesecake pan that I LOVE but that's the extent of my silicone experience.

I am "eh" about them. They are okay, but not rigid (obviously) so you still have to use a tray underneath. THey are okay, nothing special.

uhhh it took me three batches of lopsided cupcakes to figure this out.
They are good for the mini-sized (quiche etc) cause you can just bend the plastic to get them out. Also good if you are limited on storage but when we move, i'll be going back to a traditional pan set.

Re: silicone bakeware? Yay or Nay
I've only used the cupcake liners even then I put them in a regular metal cupcake pan. I liked the liners because my muffins looked perfect and they were easy to take off! I would like to try the cheesecake one, other than that I'm fine with regular bakware.

Not a fan of it at all. Love my solid, rigid Calphalon muffin pans!

Re: silicone bakeware? Yay or Nay
Love my silicone bakeware no mess, no stick. You do have to adjust to a difference in baking times though. When I bought my bundt pan, the salesman said to make sure you put on tray before filling otherwise movement will get air trapped in which causes it not to cook evenly. i always remember to do this and everything comes out perfect!
