What should I do- BCP
So I forgot to pick up my BCP from the pharmacy yesterday. I am going to get it today. Yesterday should have been my first day.
So do I just start today like its Sunday and just end it a day early, or do I take two today?
I have been on the pill for over a year. This isn't my first month.

I used to take 2, but if you miss it another time within this month and you have to double up they say your not protected

I was always told you aren't protected if you miss two or more days in a row.
