Boob soreness question...

I have been on the exact same pill for almost 10 years. Nothing has really changed for me except the last 6-9 months I get extreme boob tenderness and soreness 1.5 weeks before my period and it lasts through my period. So that is over half the month that my boobs are in pain.

One side is worse than the other...should I make an appt with my gyn? I was just there 2 months ago...but forgot to ask about this.

Should I be worried? Or is this something you switch pill because of??

if its different from the last 10 years i would make an appointment. it could be something as simple as cutting back on caffeine and taking some vitamin e daily but you never know. the hormones in the pill that you've been taking could be too much with your natural hormone levels as you get older.
