Who else is EXHAUSTED?
It's taking me forever to get back into having a morning routine!
Didn't we used to have off a few days for the Jewish holiday?

Meeee but this week my commute is much better since I moved, last week I was getting up at 5am now its 6am

OMG my body hurts I'm so tired. And I was up at 7 am every morning in the summer with my kids. I'm only waking up an hour earlier but I feel like someone has kicked my A$$!

I am not liking this one bit.  I can't get up in the mornings and all I want to do when I get home is sleep  I never do, of course. I'm having such trouble dragging my azz out of bed in the mornings!

My son keeps waking ne up at 4:30am and its killing me. I am physically done and we are not even out of September

I'm normally a night person and I've been falling asleep at 9 pm, but still can't get out of bed in the morning.

It's been 2 and a half weeks, and I still can't get used to waking up at 5:30 in the morning. I come home and CRASH at 4:00 every day. Then I make myself go to the gym, and it's like I do everything at half-speed. I hope I'll get into a groove by next week - I can't take this anymore!
