UPDATE on F@*&!K! I'm so.... Grrrrrr!
I"ve had such a bad day today..... Stress will probably cause me to go into labor tonight!
To make a very long stressful story short....
got a flat tire- bad, can't change the tire b/c the special tools that came with my car are missing, spent 3 hours on this with my dad and still tire not fixed, now back tire looks flat and I only have 1 spare....
I've (and my dad) been wrestling with the stupid arse car seat base..... talk to DH at work about all the stress of tire and car seat and he doesn't seem to understand why it's important and bothering me 
thanks for letting me vent!

I'm sorry. I hope your day gets better.
You can call your local fire department or the police to get an appt for them to install the car seat. My fire department doesn't do it, but we went to the State Troopers in Farmingdale and they showed us how to install it with LATCH and seatbelt so no matter what kind of car we put it in we would have it in right.

Dont get stressed out although I understand. DH can always put carseat and base in while you are in the hospital, you should not be doing it now anyway. You also should not be changing a flat - you should be relaxing you are having a baby anyday now and then relaxation is over. I know it is hard to sit - I have been out of my classroom since Jan 10th and it is boring.

Thanks for the 's! I really needed it!
Here's the update:
The tire was fixed by 6:30 pm- poor dad was exhausted 
car seat was in by 7pm- gave it one more try.
This morning, tire is flat again (same one we changed)  so I have to bring it to the shop to see why the same side is going flat.
DH decided to take the car seat out (we only had luck on the passenger side) and put it in the middle (he did this at 12am) and he got it to work He said he doesnt' understand what was so hard about it!
So, I'm off to bring the car to goodyear. Wish me luck that it won't cost a ton of $

Does your car have LATCH? If so that will be easier to install. If not, you can go to BRU and tell them that you are having some trouble. They helped my friend.
