I think I busted my foot
I was helping my brother up my steps and we both lost our footing and fell. He's fine but I took the brunt of it.
Definitely something wrong with my foot. I iced it. I think I need an x-ray.
This blows!

Keep it elevated & iced, but definitely get it x-rayed if it's still swollen tomorrow. Feel better!

Keep it iced and elevated and please don't be too proud to go to the doctor for an X-Ray. I broke my hand last year and waited 3 days, 3 excruciating days, because I was sure it was just a bad bruise and I didn't want to waste all that time and money.
Turns out it was like a $20 copay, and after 45 minutes in the ER I was splinted (too swollen for a cast because I waited so long!), in a sling, and on my way to feeling better. Hope it goes the same for you.

Funny this got moved to heath. I thought for sure it would get moved to this sucks.
Thanks everyone. I had to go out tonight (absolutely no choice) and stood there like a flamingo.
I put a call into my doc who can refer me to an ortho.
Hopefully..I really don't want to go to the ER. I want doc office not ER.
Right foot no less! Driving tonight was excruciating.

saw the doc. nothing broken. I pulled a tendon. They gave me an air cast and it sucks. It's hitting on the spot that hurts!
I put a call into the doc again to find out the deal.
This is crap!

Are you TRYING to get this moved to "This Sucks"??? 
Sorry, trying to lighten the mood. I'm sorry you're still in pain, but I'm glad nothing is broken. Hope you have a speedy recovery!

I thought it might get moved there.!
The air cast was no good. Now I'm in an ankle ace bandage. Still hurts but getting better.
They say sometimes breaking the bone is easier than tendons and ligaments. They would just cast me and I could go on my way.
