Re: schedule...

I have two changing tables.. one upstaris in their room and one downstairs. You really don't want to be running up and down the stairs. Especially in the beginning when they seem to poop every 15 minutes.

Re: schedule...

I used a changing table upstairs and i put a twin pack n play downstairs and that is where i changed the girls when i was downstairs.

Yes, i kept a list for each child when they ate and napped. You do forget how long it's been during the day between each feeding. At night i didn't keep track. I started my chart from the 1st feeding in the am like 7am and then did every 3 hours. It is especially helpful when other people are helping and watching your children.

I started keeping a list because when my dad and his wife would watch Reese and Syd they would feed them all day long the minute they cried..and Syd use to get belly aches and throw up..i took her to a gastro doc and she told me Sydney was over eating..Once i did the chart Sydney was a different baby.

Good luck!
