Let's discuss my "aunt flo" problem

did not get my period in sep at alll. i got it in oct and did not get it at all in november. took preg tests and all neg. my face has been breaking out so bad, my skin has not been this bad since i was a teenager. usually a few weeks before my period, i get bad lower back pain and other symptoms that it is coming, this month....nada. going to my gyn on tuesday night.

has this happened to anyone before? with the acne and all? i'm kinda nervous as to what it could be, maybe hormonal? who knows. although i am under a considerable amount of stress.

There are so many things that can happen with hormones. Glad to know you're going to the dr in a few days. One thought I have is PCOS, but there are so many possibilities.

It can be so many things! I was just seen by a dr. on Friday for a similar situation, except AF came for me in a very bad way.

In you situation its probably stress, but your dr. would know best.

In my case it seems like it might be hormonal, they saw I had a few overian cysts and she said as they were growing they were releasing hormones into me, which then threw off AF and then they burst, and it was the onset of AF. I now have to have all my hormone levels checked, and go for another internal sono in a month to see if there are any more.

Your Dr. will know best though. It could be for so many reasons! Good luck tues.

Stress seems to interfer with my period. Last year I skipped a month when I was stressing over tenure. Then in April I skipped after my Dad passed a way. In the summer I was on a diet and when I went off of it, I skipped a month.
