I'm so devastated...
My appeal with the DOE was denied, I literally just cried a million tears, and I feel at such a loss.
I'm not even sure if I can fight it again or anything. Everything S ucks so bad.

To look at the letter actually disgusts me at the moment.
Denied for failure to improve classroom management after efforts of assistance.
The thing is there wasn't efforts of assistance, which was the basis of my argument. AND there were so many other factors in this case that makes it all screwed up.
So what does it mean? I can't Work in a NYC Public school, ever. Unless theres some way I can get this overturned.
I had my appeal under the statement that I was a sub becuase at the hearing date there was no proof that I was a teacher. But I found the proof after the hearing when I found my letter stating I was appointed. If somehow I can get down to 65 court and fight the paperwork then I can only not work in the district I was discontinued from. Which may mean a whole other hearing in itself, I dont know if I have the strength to fight this battle again.
It been a terrible year for me in most aspects of my life.
I am thankful that I do have a job in a private school but I wanted to eventually go back to public for the many benefits private school doesnt have.

If it is worth it, fight it......
Sounds like you didn't have a very good attorney because we have 2 teachers who have been appealing for 3 years now!
