Okay, I made a cake...now have some questions.
It was a simple chocolate cake but I used Betty Crocker Frosting. I have it on a glass cake stand with a cover. Will it be okay until Thursday? I can't refrigerate it and just wanted to get it out of the way. Did I screw up?
